Enjoi Skateboards was founded in 2000 by pro skater Marc Johnson and can sort of be considered the class clown of the skateboard industry. Skate mastermind Rodney Mullen helped from the start, successfully adding the label to Dwindle Distribution’s. The famous panda logo and the name “Enjoi” actually came to Marc Johnson in a dream. That was a productive nap, right?! Johnson left the company in 2003.
Enjoi’s graphics are bright, colourful and often quite cheeky. Enjoi always sees things with a sense of humor - if you’re into controversy, this is the label for you. Their designs come from the likes of Jason Adams, Jim Houser, Dan Drehobl, Thom Lessner and Rob Mathieson, among other artists.
Marc Johnson basically just started his skate team with all of his best bros. Jerry Hsu, Louie Barletta and Dave Mayhew were the first team riders for Enjoi. The current lineup includes Cairo Foster, Caswell Berry, Wieger Van Wageningen, Louie Barletta, Nestor Judkins, Jose Rojo, Zack Wallin, Ben Raemers and Clark Hassler.
